PoloX AI is operated by Vision Forge Co., Ltd. This policy explains when refunds may be considered for credits and other paid services.
1. General rule
Credits and any other services you purchase on PoloX AI are generally non-refundable once the purchase is completed. This applies whether the credits or services have been used or not.
2. Limited exceptions
A refund may be discussed only in the following cases:
- PoloX AI ceases operation; or
- a technical failure on our side causes the service to be unavailable for a prolonged period.
In those situations, you may contact us to negotiate a reasonable resolution. We will review the request in good faith. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the circumstances, remaining unused value, and applicable payment-provider rules.
