PoloX AI is operated by Vision Forge Co., Ltd. By accessing or using PoloX AI (including the website, applications, and related features), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. Description of the service
PoloX AI provides AI-powered generation and editing of images, video, and other creative content. We may change features, models, credit consumption, or the interface from time to time, and we do not guarantee that any feature will remain available or that outputs will meet your expectations.
2. Accounts and security
You must create and maintain an account through a supported sign-in method, are responsible for all activity under your account, and must keep your credentials secure. If you become aware of unauthorized use, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if we detect a violation, a security risk, or as required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You are solely responsible for the prompts and reference images you upload, the outputs you generate, and any later use or distribution of that content.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not submit, generate, upload, download, store, share, or distribute the following content, or engage in the following conduct, including without limitation:
- Explicit pornography, pornographic performances, or explicit content intended to cause sexual arousal;
- Any sexual content, sexual implication, or exploitation involving minors (including anyone who appears to be a minor), whether fictional or not;
- All deepfake and deepnude content. You must not use PoloX AI services to create or distribute any deepfake or deepnude content, regardless of consent;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or content that places a real person in a pornographic or humiliating scene;
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or graphically depicts extreme violence, gore, abuse, self-harm, or terrorism;
- Hate, harassment, discrimination, bullying, or threats against individuals or groups;
- Fraud, phishing, identity forgery, impersonation of persons or organizations, or content used for fraudulent transactions;
- Content that infringes another person’s likeness, privacy, reputation, or intellectual property (including copyrights and trademarks);
- Guidance or promotion of illegal goods, unlawful weapons trafficking, drugs, or other illegal activity;
- Unauthorized crawling, scraping, mirroring, bulk collection, or automated access of this website, the service, or its interfaces;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, cracking, bypassing security measures, or probing the internal structure of the service;
- Attacks against PoloX AI or its infrastructure, including without limitation malware, denial of service, intrusion, interference with, or abuse of systems and APIs.
If we find a violation, we may immediately remove the content, restrict features, freeze credits, or terminate the account, and report the matter to competent authorities where required by law. You bear any resulting loss.
Payment provider content requirements
In addition to our prohibited content and conduct rules, you must comply with the following content requirements provided by Waffo.com Limited, our payment service provider. These requirements apply to content you generate, upload, share, or distribute using our services. Both sets of requirements apply together; where they differ, the stricter restriction applies.

Our blanket prohibition on all deepfake and deepnude content remains in force. Any exceptions in the payment provider's template for labeled artistic or satirical deepfakes or consented likeness use do not permit deepfake or deepnude content on our services. Written consent or an AI-generated label does not override this prohibition. The template's conditional allowance for an age-verified adult tier does not apply to our services.
Violating these requirements will result in removal of the prohibited content and appropriate account action, up to and including permanent termination of access.

5. Credits and payments
Some features require credits or paid use. Credit prices and consumption rules may change. Except as otherwise provided in the applicable refund policy, consumed credits are generally not refundable. We are not obligated to reissue credits for failures caused by you (such as unsuitable prompts, network interruption, or cancellation). If a deduction results from a platform failure, we may restore the corresponding credits at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The PoloX AI name, logos, interface, software, and documentation are owned by Vision Forge Co., Ltd or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use content you submit and outputs generated for you by the service within lawful limits. You may use content you generate on PoloX AI for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. This does not lift any other restriction in these Terms; in particular, content involving a real person's likeness must not be used in advertising, promotional materials, political campaigns, or any other commercial context without that person's verified written consent (see Section 4). You grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the service (for example, storage, transmission, safety review, and model calls).
7. How we handle data you upload and generate
Data you upload to or generate on PoloX AI is not sold to any third party, and we do not disclose it to third parties.
- Some features run on third-party APIs. To provide those features, the data needed for the request is sent to the corresponding provider. We do not control how that provider uses the data. Their own privacy policy applies.
- We log system errors so we can diagnose failures. We also use AI to evaluate how the service performs for you. After the results are de-identified, we may publish them on the site to show service quality. De-identified content does not include information that can identify you.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that generated content will be accurate, complete, available, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Forge Co., Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may also terminate the service for violations, prolonged inactivity, or if we discontinue operations.
